Slow growing sprouts, & more.

Ok, so i have 5 sprouts that are only about 3 days old. they r about a foot or more away from my 400W MH. Heat IS NOT the issue, i have 2 fans keeping my light super cool. i can hold my hand about 3 inches under the light and be fine so heat can be ruled out.

I dont think its PH either i checked it this morning and it was 6.3.

Is it light intensity even though it's pretty far away? is my res water too cold?

NEVER had this problem before and have run this light closer to sprouts before.

as you can see they are also bending away from my light a bit also.

They look fine.. be patient... it will take them a couple weeks for the roots to work their way out of the medium and into the aeroponics chamber... once the roots hit water they will grow fast

Yes, once the roots hit the water, its game on. Significant growth on a daily basis. But that period of waiting on the roots to bust through the rockwool can seem to take forever sometimes if you're impatient.

Reduce watering/flooding until they grow bigger.
