Slow budding critical kush

This is my second grow, growing in soil with perlite. (Barneys Critical Kush Feminised Seeds)
Temperature/humidity in veg = 80,6 F/50% day and 73F/50% night
35 days veg (plant size 16,5 inches), light 18/6 (400W HID and 140w LED)



now 22 days in 12/12 cycle (plant size 43 inches)
temperature/humidity = 80F/55% day and 71F/60% night

How do you thing plant size is normal ? I think my buds are very small for 22 days in flowering stage.. plus plant are very tall...

Phosphorus deficiency will slow your plants growth
Potassium deficiency will retard flowering, lower yield.

since your plants where only 5 weeks or so old they probably didnt flower immediatly the buds look ok for 2-3 weeks into flower
