heres my oldest iceberg lettuce and a sweet pea plant that i think i want to keep inside.




im curious how big of a pot i need to grow a head of lettuce. right now its in a pot about the size of a head, it thats sufficient im gonna to a iceberg perpetual grow.

and im going to try to train my peas to grow around the back 3 walls of my flower room so i can utilize that light that hits the walls.

im putting the good pics im my journal next....

i want to grow chili...not chilli's, chili.

lets hear your recipies for chili so i can decide what i need to plant. the more kinds of beans the better.

btw, im having a hell of a time finding seeds for different chili beans.

stop looking for seeds... start looking for the dry beans for cooking... easier and cheaper... they'll grow:-P

i was just coming to post that very question. seems like the way to go, you get all the beans you want in one package.

im thinking at least a month for me. im literally straight west from chicago, still kinda cold at night here. actually soposed to get snow later in the seek.

plant them... they WILL grow.... im not sure if they are like peppers/tomatoes though... but i dont think so.. i believe most of them to be true strains... (most peppers and such that you buy in the store are hybrids (f1's) bred for production, and thus dont grow true when the seeds are planted)

good thinking there bro.. i gotta find some of that... i tossed out some large limas and red kidneys the other day... they have all cracked already... just gotta get my black-eyed peas and we are cool:bigjoint:

my dad gets these all the time...says they come from walmart.

wats up people... i have been fighting these mutha fu*kin aphids on my sweet pomegranate for over a week now. ahh i hate aphids!

i was just telling my dad that weve been incredibly lucky to not have any bugs in almost a decade of growing indoors. im gonna be so paranoid about bringing stuff inside this fall i might just make a seperate room for the peppers and whatever else comes inside.

yea man be real careful check them real good before you put em inside. the bugs are just soo bad in south FL i think cause its so hot and humid all the time. im fightin these things every day, it sucks.
