I’m not able to help necessarily, but am having almost exactly the same issues. I’ve got the light green spots along the midrib, with some turning brown. I am thinking that it may be a calcium/magnesium thing. My soil(happy frog) is testing at 6 with a slurry test, and it looks like calcium and magnesium aren’t as available at that point. I have learned that in organic soils ph will raise as the soil dries out, so if your waterings are too frequent that could affect things as well.
Did you mention your waters calcium levels? I know ours is pretty low as well.

my tap water is 380 ppm...
the spotting started before transplant, in solo cup of fox farms happy frog soil.

Because we have pretty soft water(75PPM) I have been adding a small amount of Calmag to my water. This was recommended by Ed Rosenthal in his book on growing to get water to an optimal starting point. I think the dosage I use is so small(1 1/2ml) and brings it up to a level that is lower than most people's tap water.
Here's what I am doing to try to figure it out. Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in, but this seems to be a pretty consistent approach to situations like ours-Low soil PH for me, maybe for you as well

I am top dressing my soil with dolomite lime- I am currently in 1G pots, so adding 2 tsp per pot right now. Did this yesterday
I also added 1 cup of dolomite to my soil supply. That is a mix of FFHF, FFOF, humus, perlite, worm castings, and Recharge. I put some water in this mix to speed up the intake of the lime as I will be using it in about a week to move my plants to 7G containers.

I know this isn't an instant solution, but I'm hoping it will remedy the issue.
