Slight problems with an order from Attitude, what should I expect?

I ordered 5 Green House Super Lemon Haze Fem under Attitudes January promo which was for pyramid seeds and you also got 1 tutankhamon (basically AK47), anesthesia (northern lights x black domina) and 1 osiris (white widow x ak47), plus a dutch passion Mekong High and Skunk #11 both fem as well. Well I got my order today and my order itself was fine and I love the shirt I got, but I had two problems with the freebies, my Anesthesia was crushed and they gave me Dutch Passion Orange Bud instead of Skunk #11. I hate complaining about freebies, but their the main reason I made the order, I plan on using them way before any of the SLH, so I'm just wondering what to expect to hear back from them, since this is my first order from Attitude. I'm guessing they'll replace the Anesthesia and say they gave me orange bud because they ran out of Skunk #11, which I'll be okay with but I was real excited for some legit skunk...

yeah thats what they will do...but i doubt theyre out of skunk but they will say they r for sure...seed banks r a rip off but we have no onther way to get the strains they offer... i started my own lil mini fridge grow just for this reason..now i can breed what strain i want any time i want to...good luck with the replacements

Good luck with that, I had problems with them in the past, they sent me a completely different order (of some $50 seeds) and they never accepted it was their fault and never got any kind of solution or refund

This happen twice... the first time 3 out of 6 seeds were completely different (replacing $50 seed packs with some $30 or less from another seed company) second time the whole order got wrong, 5 seed pack of something I never order and wasted a lot of money


I don't want to sound like a dick or very negative but this guys have the worst customer service ever.... lol

orange bud is better anyways...if you wanted skunk so bad maybe you should have ordered some..

im sure they will fix it but they arent going ot just ship one seed..its cost alot..they will fix it on your next order..



tis funny i ordered a shit load of seeds and never had issues..i think yall are following others say so shit..w/e

i got the same freebies as you,the only difference was i didnt get orange bud or skunk 11 i got a kannabia power skunk fem.i was supposed to get orange bud instead,but im happy with the power skunk.
so basically i only bought 2 fem seeds(blue cheese and blue venom) and got 4 fem seeds for free.

its a shame one of your seeds was damaged,but i doubt they damaged it.and you still got 3 free fem seeds anyway.hopefully if you do contact them and tell them what happened they will sort you out.

I know for a fact they didn't damage it it just happened in shipping, really I have no idea how just one got crushed, but crazier shit has happened on a journey from overseas. I understand that orange bud is a skunk, and I'm fine that I got it, I'd just prefer that they would advertise exactly what your getting and not just close to it. Anyway thanks for the help, as far as why not just order skunk well I only want a single mother of skunk, while the super lemon haze will be just 5 plant harvest coming up after my current grow as concluded.

Custon guys have sence of humor and crush a seed time to time ...........its a inside joke for them....................or it just fucking got crushed up against a tank on its way to war.
