Skipping light cycle

I had to skip a day cycle due to some circumstances. Is it best to just leave it and give 24 hours of dark then resume as normal? About 3 weeks into flower. Another thought was to just flip flop what was day and what was night. I'd rather not do that if it won't matter.
 
Doesn't matter as long as they got there 12 hours darkness. Will go a few days with out light before getting badly stressed
