hi, this is my first season growing outdoor and i was wondering , if i grow them in a plant pot say 6" wide and then berried in the soil would this stop the plant form growing as tall as if i didnt pot at all? if so how tall wud the plant get to (just a prediction) as my grow site isnt far away from where people walk down. ive tried this in the outdoor section but with no real answers to my problem. thnks

Definitely.. althought there's one good reason to grow in buried pots -- the ability to up and move your plants if you have to.
Use at least a 10" (2 gallon) pot, though. A very manageable size that will still allow you to take advantage of the growing power of the REAL SUN!!! YEAH!
I think you can count on a minimum 4-foot height, probably more. Some sativa strains grow 12-20 feet tall.
yes the pot would limit the growth of your plant. when you want to put it in the ground just take it out of the pot at the same time.how big your plant gets depends on the strain, nutes, environment, etc.

water the plant first then cut the bottom of the plant pot out be very careful not to damage exsisting roots or it will stress the plant causing smaller yield and decreased plant size and possibly death depending on the size of the plant. I recommend doing this on the ground because of gravity. If done correctly the roots can then thrive and the plant can then grow to it's full potential.
