Single leaf only plant? Ever seen this??? HELP!!!

Looks like it has spider mites to.

There are a couple of different strains that do this regularly. My last run with champagne had 1 leafers all the way into 3 weeks flowering. As far as veg, it had leaves like that at 4' tall.

I have one ding the same thing, itI am 18weeks into flower and the trichs are almost nill... the seed was from a batch of seeds my dad found in his closet that guesses was at least 20 years old.... we germed all of them (a film canaster full) it is the only one that grew.
