Day 21, 26c 48% rh... just fed her again. The tops are showing now, and I'm wondering if I should remove the bottom node. They're almost hitting the ground.
You can flip to flower anytime you please as long as your plant is healthy. Some growers even go 12/12 from seed if they decide too keep smaller plants.Would it be too early to flower soon? I really don't want to risk running into height issues.
But would I still yield decently if I flowered now?You can flip to flower anytime you please as long as your plant is healthy. Some growers even go 12/12 from seed if they decide too keep smaller plants.
Update day 25 - 24c 58% rh. Turned off the light for 30 seconds to get proper color on the pictures, and perhaps people can help me figure out if I got some light burn, or a nute burn.

How much longer? I can still do it, since it won't flip for another hour.I would have vegged a bit longer
Two more weeks, If you can afford the space. Since you have one plant might as well make it a fatty. How much longer? I can still do it, since it won't flip for another hour.
I'll give it around a week more. pretty sure I can afford that. Two more weeks, If you can afford the space. Since you have one plant might as well make it a fatty.
If you do more training you're going to add more veg time. It's really up to you and the amount of patience you haveI'll give it around a week more. pretty sure I can afford that.
Should I top it again? And should I scrog it?
I got nothing but patience. What would you suggest I do?If you do more training you're going to add more veg time. It's really up to you and the amount of patience you have
I personally veg for at least 4-6 weeks in soil. Like i said it depends on how big of a plant you want or if you are training.Update day 25 - 24c 58% rh. Maybe It's like a rite of passage kind of thing. My first proper grow I have to snap a branch. But then again, it's just one branch, now there's room for one of the others to get some more light. I've done some reverse LST, if that makes any sense, and tied all the smaller shoots together so they're reaching for the middle of the plant.Hey handygringo, nice girl u got there! She's looking happy n healthy! Sucks about the branch I got a delicious candy going at the moment under a mars hydro too, same thing happened to me about a week after topping I tried to lst to her but it just popped out no snap or anything. Just off it came, I tried cloning but to no avail but keep up the love and she'll give you a good flower!
Yeah exactly. I hope it works. I'll upload a picture tomorrow and I hope it adjusts a bit to it. And I doubt the plant dislikes it.. I think of it like working out, you gotta stress the muscle to make it grow. You're hurting the plant a tiny tiny bit for a little while, so it adapts to the situation and gets stronger and gets more lightLmao nice thinking oh so ur raising the lower nodes by tying them to a higher one? That's some out the box thinking lol I ended up removing the lst and she just bushed out I don't think she liked it much but she's happier now
If you supplement in some silica to your feedings it will help build stronger cell walls and also helps with plant stress. It will make your stems more flexible and helps with less breakage of the stems. They become more pliable. Just remember a little silica goes along ways so take it easy or it can burn your plants.Maybe It's like a rite of passage kind of thing. My first proper grow I have to snap a branch. Normally you would take the highest shoot and level it with the others, to even the canopy, I'm just leveling all the shorter ones up towards the highest one. Hope it works.
