Silk Screen?

Where to buy it? Fabric stores don't carry it, even tho it's a fabric, go figure. I'd rather not buy it online but a lot of sites have it for cheap with a wood frame attached, 20$ plus shipping. Anyone know what kinda stores around major cities sell it?

An arts and crafts store should sell them. Why don't you want to buy online? you can probably get one for less money.
