And coming to a forum board can be it’s own mixed bag of advice.

But 2 things are very certain...

1. The advice is genuine

2. It’s coming from experienced users

That cant always be said for asking mfgs for advice. I cant tell you how often I find vendors that, while they make a great product, have no actual application experience using that said product. It’s scary common.

4.0 in EC is way to much and nowhere near optimal. I think they got a job to do and follow directional guidelines and statements from inside their company to sell more products.
