Lol right. Just saying a light that is an actual 50w (which im honestly starting to doubt) should be enough to get the plant pretty big. Its all about distance at this stage of the game.I know what you were saying but I don’t want him thinking he can grow with 7w cfl

As i suspected, that is a 7 watt bulb. "50w equivalent" means nothing. That being said, if you have that bulb 2-4'' from the plant, it will be enough light for the next week or two.
1) Not enough light. 2) Add better lighting.
Almost resembles the way a strawberry plant grows

Bottom line. You experiment with lights like that and see the results. Your not gonna either gonna be able to smoke it or not want to. For any quality of smokable bud your going to need three things. Wattage /sqft, environment, proper feeding. Sounds simple but delicate
