Sickness on my clones help riu

Ok so I sprayed my clones with neem oil and then a few days later with big time exterminator. They were in the shade no sunlight touched them till the next day. But these burning marks seem to be spreading...? Is this a fungus or something I need to do something about? Only on fan leaves...new growth is OK. @doublejj @papapayne @Garden Boss @TWS

The best advice I can give you is leave it in the corner and start another plant, you may have stunted that one for now, so if time isn't on your side I would get another one going.

That one probably won't make it but some of my bigger ones have it too and I'm worried
 
The pics look like the plants are up against the side of the pot .... Your supposed to plant them in the middle
