Im using coco/ perlite mix. Ph is at 5.6. General hydro at 350 ppm with clamag. Temps 81. Hum 55. Mars hydro 4800 24" above canopy.
Am i over watering? Solo cup feels much lighter when i do every other day. Over fed? All my plants leaves are curled down like this. Thanks.

My seedlings, when healthy, take water everyday by that size. Have you checked your runoff? Your info seems ok. I like my pH to be a little closer to six. Do you run that light wide open or is it dimmed down? I have a similar 400w light and 25% at 20" seems like a sweet spot at that stage

I have the light at 75% i will reduce it down to 40% and see if that helps. I have not checked the runnoff yet. I need them to dry out for a few days and I will.

at

?
rather not.
>> you can put a seed twice, even trice the nute charge it will grow flawlessly

tbh from the sheer looks of it >> overwatered.
but very likely is something else as ur mix should greatly prevent that.
Im going to let them dry out for 3 days vs the 2 i have been. I also reduced light from 75% to 40%.

I would also recalibrate your tds/ec meter because I feel like were probably overfed at some point or maybe all along and got to the point they just quit drinking.

I would Raise pH to 6.3. 5.6 is way to low for coir IMO. Make more holes in the bottom and at the sides to increase drainage and aeration. Decrease light, they seem light stressed to me. Don't need much at that stage, either raise or dim the light down.

Was your coco buffered properly?
Personally, I wouldn't let it dry out........and it's not too much fertilizer.
I like to feed daily to substantial run off.
You can't overwater a seedling that size in a solo cup in coco/perlite.
Like mentioned.........adjust your pH to around 6.0.

Its a blue lab ppm meter. They come calibrated righ, also use my vivosun ppm meter to compare. The vivosun reads 10 pom higher than the bluelab.

Ok. Ill bring ph up a bit. When you say buffer....i ran ph distilled water through the soil in the cups as if i was flushing in order to get the coco saturated before i placed germinated seeds in coco.

Even if you think 'they come calibrated right' you should calibrate before using. Lord knows how long it sat on warehouse shelf in whatever conditions.
I've actually never calibrated my EC pens. It's optional and most often not required. pH pens is another story though, they need weekly calibrations.

If you know how strong your nute mix should be after mixing it hundreds of times you should spot any deviations, never happened for me personally.

If you think about how they actually work they only measure conductivity, that shouldn't change as long as the metal still has clean surface for contact.

Pretty much anything that comes through that can be calibrated, I do. Leaving less to chance is a good thing.

Absolutely wrong.
Never run plain water through the coco.
If it was pre-buffered, it's not anymore.........you rinsed it all out when you ran plain water through it.
I would run a calmag solution through it a couple of times to re-buffer the coco with calcium and magnesium.
Then start feeding daily to run off with a light nute solution.

I apoligize, it had calmag in it.
