I was lurking this thread and am surprised why all the guessing what the issue would be ...
First , MG soil " feeds " every time you water ... It has CRF ( controlled release fertilizer) thruout the mix , no matter which one you use. So all you did with such a heavy flush was continue to RELEASE more Nutes in. Eventually the over flush will LEACH / STRIP the soil of more beneficial things than bad things.
The FIRST flush starts breaking down the salts ( runoff about 20% volume )
The SECOND flush pretty much clears it. Then I let her be for 24 hours .....
THEN introduce a lighter feed to start then as she moves week to week , small increases to desired PPM .
Ph pen is a given .... You will never know what your water lands on ph BEFORE and AFTER mixing a feed. There is a definite P lockout ..... Which would have been fixed a 1/4 dose PK booster added ( to start ) watering / or feeding time. . Leaves will never turn back , only important thing is to STOP PROGRESSION to other leaves.
By PH the mix properly BEFORE adding it in soil , with PH at 6.5 ( not guessing ) will make the lock out needs more available for absorption. I never flush anything as much as what you mentioned , I had to read that twice !
Looking at the runoff color .... Means absolutely nothing. Most modern soils have buffers intermixed into medium for ph control .... But water stripping everything out is not a good thing.
Plus you ADDED more salt in after you flushed ! At 2 TBS per gallon no less !
Go get CALMAG. 1 teaspoon ( teaspoon ) per gallon water , mix in a 1/2 strength of BLOOM Nutes .... Then leave her alone .......
