Show me your innovative grow containers.

Looking to grow in something different for a few plants that I really don't care about at the moment. What are some around the house or out if the box containers are you all using to grow. I figure I would do this in the outdoor forum where you can get the most bang for your buck not having to provide electricity to grow.

Here is mine so far this season.

No issues at all in this bag.

I saw some of these air pots the other day, black plastic pot loaded with bumps and holes for air pruning. Kind of pricey, I was told they are better than smart pots. I'd hope so,mthen are pretty pricey

what about a standard 5gal pot with holes drilled up the sides..in between each bottom drain hole i drilled 4 holes up the side of the pot..we will see if this air prunes to get me a stronger plant

If your looking for a cheap way to start your seedling ive seen pre cooked chicken containers used effectively. The ones with clear lids and black base. Just punch a couple holes for air and leave on a window sill

my plants love the pots with holes i drilled...the roots found there way out of some of the side holes

i made some poorman's smart pots from $3 18 gallon containers
i don't know about innovative....

Ill have to take picts of the pots..its simple drilling the holes and all..the only down fall is you have to drench the plant so that the hole on the side don't drain the water before it gets to the bottom of the soil..i combated that by buying 15inch trays so the soil can wick up the water.
