Hi peeps hows it going, i've finaly filpped my girls to 12/12 after nearly 4 weeks of LST, 1st timer and loving it.

Heres a pic of my Lemon Haze

Here's what my Crimea look like today ... i'll be flowering any day soon
sitting in 9x9 square pots
Roots Organics soil
FF liquid trio
tied down with fishing line ... roughly ten inches tall now vegging for over a little over a month .... two plants at two different angles

these ladies are just bout 8 weeks old and ive read to start flowering after about 20' tall,4to6 nodes,three to five months...what is it can anyone tell me by what they see?

what is what. the sex of the plants? cuz no one can tell with them pics. i noticed none of them are lsted but some look like they should be

Well here is an update and some pics there doing alot better the lst is comein along great there 1 week into flower

some more pics of my girls, they did hermie but i spayed with DM reverse today to try to stop it. also their still a bit yellow cant seem to fix it. but here is some ok pics of them thay are on day 29 flower.

yes. and proabably a branch that isnt receiving as much light and wont do much if u leave it their.

Its like lift kits, tattoos and boob jobs, bigger is better!! One nice thing about these lst plants they really dont need as big of light to get all the plant, (as long as you can keep em low) but after using a alot of light theres no going back.

Yeah. I'm still a newbie with this but I dont see why homegrowers don't lst all the time. From seeing the results from my 1st grow w/out lsting compared to my 2nd w/lsting is insane. I know I haven't harvested yet but I can tell already I'll get what I got before and some almost 2x it looks like. I tried fiming before and got nowhere it was hit and miss with me. There isn't a hit and miss issue with lsting. The only thing you can do to screw up is by snapping the bitch but even then it's not the end of the world. I already taped a snapped branch back and it's still growing. I'm hooked.

been wanting to try lst for ages, getting a clone 2mora to start my 1st lst plant am looking forward to seeing how it gos. also is it possible to lst a small clone from the start of the flowering period.

yes but i wouldnt recomend it i would do most the major lst in veg and only a lil bit of lst in the first few weeks of flower if needed. lst in flower causes unwanted stress

i know that they are really yellow and im have been tryin to fix now for 2 weeks but the plant is still growin great. i had a better camera for a few so i took lots of pics i will post some here and theri is alot in my journal of them so come check out the journal if u like lots of bud porn.

buds look nice man, you lost some pile of fan leafs already though, need to up your nutes or your ph is off

ya i know ive been tryin to figure this out for awhile now and have explained this alot now in my journal but i will explain again. the yellow started about 3 weeks ago. i thought it was a lockout so i flushed. the flush just made it more yellow wich led me to believe it is a nitro def. so i added some veg nutes 1 tsp per gal to it last week. after a few days nothing happend and it continued to get yellow. so then i was told it was a molybdenum def. so i went and got some earth juice micro blast to give it the mo. and still no difference. my ph is is correct i water with it anywhere from 6.3-6.8. but for som reason when i flushed the runoff read at a very low ph of 5. and i flushed with water that was phed to 6.8. so know im just stuck watchin them get more yellow by the day. but the growth has not been slowed cuz they are gettin bigger by the day, i was told that it could be that its just a fast finisher but i dont know. i was also thinkin root bound but dont know if it is possible to become bound in 3 weeks that it was in its new 5 gal home. hope this made sense

Yea I got screwed up like that once before myself, thought it was my ph and flushed the only nutes left in there out, now I know I wasn't feeding her enough. Best thing is though, I learned my lesson..............see if I can pull up some pix of it


here they are..............picks of before and after flush, the 2 on the right are the next morning. Man I was choked. My fav plant too all the leafs went dry ass hell, even the sugar leafs. I waited another week then chopped her down at on the 6th week. She was drying out, the damage was done.........

dam that flush just killed her. mine didnt really do that they just got more yellow like they wanted nitro. i think im gonna add some grow big next feed

@mcpurple: it's just a thought so take it with a grain of salt... but if your runoff is that low then that leads me to believe your root mass is sitting in a vat of acid... maybe try raising the ph of your nutes next feeding... maybe the internal ph is too far off (however that happened...)

like i said man do your thing... i just follow this thread and had that thought
