Yes...she is from seed...Feminized...germ'd about the end of Nov. beginning of Dec...didn't write down dates cause I was still pissed about killing all my clones due to neglect...had family in town when we got married and had to put them in a closet unattended for 6 days...they didn't make it

Don't laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!:finger: Man they were doing good...all had a shit ton of roots out the bottom of the Rockwool.....

Then flipped to 12/12 around Jan. 8th...once again didn't write down date due to the paranoia of moving before she finished...I am taking a new job and once I found out I might be moving ran down to the GreenRoom and hit the timer...But come harvest time dates wont mean shit...I'll go by how she looks....here she is now...probably about half way there!!!!!

the plants from my earlier pic are a couple of my bonsais...

Ginseng

and yes...you are correct...this is a type of Jade....Portulacaria afra, also called "Elephant Plant" or "Small leaf Jade"

I love all types of plants...smokable or not!!!!

i was looking at the red wood bonsai as well, they look really cool. and your idea with the light under neath sounds cool, i can imagine it full of bonsai plants. i was gonna buy a bonsia but i wanted to do every thing myself, i need to get some books and how to bonsai stuff to make them look right.
and if you feel like listing them then by all means go ahead for it, this thread is pretty much open to all conversations of all types just labels with LST

Check to see if you can adjust your white balance....mine has a custom white balance setting.....what I do is turn on the camera in the grow room...go to the custom W/B setting and take a sheet of white paper(printer paper) and click OK......this sets my camera to take out all the yellow in the pic cause when I hit OK focusing in on the paper it knows what white should be....if that makes sense....I'm not really making any sense today...at least that's what the old lady said a minute ago....Newcastle has got me!!!!

Before I took a single pic with my new cam I read the manual from front to back man.....all I can say is fk with your white balance....sorry.....or just take a pic and touch it up in a program like LightRoom....it's what I used before I got a kickass camera.... you can really make any pic awesome on lightroom......it's cheating but hey...we aren't all photographers!!!!!

Edit......and if your problem is just blurry pics.....get a tripod.....you can get one on ebay for like $20...get one that atleast extends up to like 4'.....mine goes 60"...way more than I need....I got a steady hand tho and never use it....cost me $50

LST'ers how's it going. Sorry I haven't popped by in a while mcp, dealing with alot of males and overnutes and stuff but I've put a video together and it shows my topping and LST'ing, particularily my WW that I topped UB style and then snapped one branch off where it was barely hanging on, but along came Dr. Duchie and made her all better. Took the splint off today.

Hey ENDLS, I just got into photography last year myself, with my Canon Rebel XS and I've said the same thing, tripod, tripod, tripod. You are trying to take closeup pics and ANY shake, either you or the subject, so turn your fans off, will show in the pic. I keep saying I'm going to start a photography thread here but can't get my lazy ass to sit down and put it together. So I saw the ginseng there and thought I'd post some pics of some ginseng and tobacco around my neck of the woods.

Ginseng. Depending on type or grade of ginseng, can take up to 5 years to harvest.

ginseng_b.jpgginseng_c.jpg
ginseng_a.jpg

Tobacco. 3 leaf nodes that ripen from the bottom up. Plant is harvested by picking the lowest node through the whole crop, allowing the second level to ripen for the next go around, until the whole crop is harvested.

Here's my vid.

I think the big thing was a change in soil. The original Jackhammers, that were male, were in Fafards potting soil and generated roots like this.
IMG_2392.jpg

Then I ran out and could only get Scotts Premium and the roots of the newer Jackhammers were nothing like this.

wat is a better way of LST? to spiral the lady around the bucket or to let her grow normal and just tie down the side branches? also would topping help during LST? first week of flower. pic will come soon hopeing and praying my 2 babies turn out to be female keep ur fingers crossed

O YEAH GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mrgreen::lol::bigjoint:

I would not top now myself, I did that once at the beginning of flower and wished I didn't. As far as LST'ing now, you're getting far in the game, IMO. Let's see the pics

If you look back a page my little bush's top is LST'd to one side and all the side branches were tied down around the edges....then she was topped when I flipped 12/12
