if you kill half a million "children" in a country of ~20 million it would be HIGHLY noticeable, further the only reports that assert "evil US sanctions killed half a million iraqi babies" source articles that have saddam's byline.

NO.
war is a messy bloody and unpleasant business which is why CIVILIZED peoples avoid it,, and try to elect leaders who go to war only when it is beyond essential (saddam with chemical weapons,, north korea with deployable nukes, iran with bioweapons etc) to deal with real threats or in response to ACTUAL attacks
islam CELEBRATES war, makes it a tenet of their "faith" and encourages it's followers to engage in "war" against women and children at their slightest whim.
islam has learned that they cannot win a REAL war, so they prefer to deal in murder, random attacks and deniable paramilitary actions.
the only thing worse than a war happy leader is a pacifist leader
it is unfortunate that america has been placed in the hands of dimwits,,, warmongers, meddling assholes and dominionists for the last 30 years or so.

clinton's grand little war wasnt about kiling serbians (people who live in the nation of serbia) but rather to kill SERBS (the ethnic group) in support of the KLA
a lil history:
the kosovo valley was part of serbia and inhabited by serbs since the romans ran that show. when FDR surrendered all of eastern europe to the soviets in The Betrayal At Yalta, the soviets took a leaf from the british imperial playbook and moved a few albanian moslem villages, lock stock and barrel,, into kosovo so the serbs would be fighting the moslems, rather than resisting soviet rule.
when the soviet union collapsed and sebia became a nation again, the albanians rapidly and illegally moved MORE of their people into kosovo, attempting to displace (ethnic cleansing) the serbs croat and slavs who lived there, with the intention of annexing kosovo into "Greater Albania". thus was born the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) a violent radical nationalist moslem organization which has been on the UN's Terrorist Organization list since they formed. the KLA began a decade long campaign of terror funded by the albanian government, as well as gun running and drug smuggling profits from their side businesses. the KLA was distinguishable from the albanian army SOLELY by their lack of an albanian uniform.
after many years of fighting a losing battle against the KLA and the albanian colonial expeditions, the serbs elected a hard ass, who dealth with the KLA and the albanian colonies in the only manner which gets results:securing the borders, forcible removal of the illegal aliens, dismantling the illegal colonies, and military action against the paramilitary TERRORIST forces arrayed against them.
these actions offended the Post-Modern sensibilities of the bleeding heart liberals and weepy international press euro-haters who then declared this was "Ethnic Cleansing" "Racist" and "Genocide" because a european government was in conflict with moslems. they picked a side dictated by their White Guilt and bubba clinton started bombing serbs and croats in support of the moslem insurgents and invaders.
those of us who remember, recall clearly bubba's bungling idiotic and misguided illegal warmaking on the serbs resulted in the bombing of the chinese embassy in belgrade.
collateral damage forgiven, and international incident forgotten because bubba was on the side of Post Modern deconstruction of The Enlightenment Era.
