should my seedlings be bigger after 7 days?

growing auto white cheese. auto blueberry and auto purple cheese in plagron royal mix 200w blue cfl and 200w red cfl with two fans in a closet 2mx2m
its been 7 days and shells still on

Royal mix is too rich for seedlings . they should be syarted in lighmix . then transplanted in to royal mix when they are at least 8-10 inches high and have a gd routes ..trust me .. i made this mistake before ..

I'm on my first grow and five day seedlings are sprouting more leafs already. How often do u water and what light cycle are they on.

7 days since you put them in soil? They're fine, just a bit slow.

Your soil looks very wet. Let it dry more.

also, looks like you dug down pretty far. only supposed to be half inch.. might not be getting the heat/light that is required. what is your light cycle your running? 18/6 or 24/0 ??
