Should items with < 1 N-P-K still be avoided early on?

I ask because I've got FoxFarm organic big bloom. The instructions state that it should be used during the entire grow. I've read a few times where folks use half dosages of this every other (some with every) watering the whole time. The packaging says its derived from bat guano and worm castings with N-P-K values of 0 - 0.5 - 0.7

I now know that there are better products out there that cost less but if you had this lying around, would you add this to your watering regimen throughout the entire growth cycle? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

No, I wouldn't. But if there was nothing else, and I wasn't running organic, I might use it in flower...

Big Bloom is the Micro part of the Fox Farm Trio 3 part system. It's meant to be used all the way through, in addition to the Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. I think Lucas formula guys drop the Grow Big.

It's basically concentrated compost tea, and you'll need more than that to get through flower, but it should keep plants happy enough in veg.

Thanks for the responses guys, I didn't mean to convey that it would be the only thing I'm using. I've got an array of nutrients (complete fox farm trio plus calmag plus). I just wasn't sure if this stuff should be used the whole time despite the instructions saying to do so even if your soil is already loaded with enough nutes to get them through the first few weeks.
