Should I?

For the pass few months I've been planning a big project and unlike my previous grows this one will be legal :hump: I'm 22 with a clear record why not? I'm also planning on getting my CCW
I have a few things that I want to clear up so I ask the community so here's the hold up....
My brother was recently indicted on a drug charge but he's out on bail I think and is on house arrest.....They came and checked out the house but only stepped into the living room and walked out my brother is paranoid and tells me to hold off anything for the term that he's gonna be on "HA" but he hasn't stopped doing what he's doing so why should I? Especially the fact that I've been planning for months

Now that you enough of my situation my question for you is....

Have you been in this or similar situation?
Do you think it would interfere with anything as far as him being on (HA) and me being legal

I've since then changed a few things in my plans the grow will consist of only "Auto-flowers" since my only patient is my sister... The grow will be small as far as tent size, but the expected yields won't be I'll be bringing my 600w out of retirement :weed:

I had someone with me who is on parole, they came to my house one time and never called, or came back. They simply do not have the resources. If your grow is legal they can't search it anyway. There not allowed in the room. All he'll have to do is report when they call and do drug or alcohol testing if required.

They only came in my front room, never searched my house as they aren't really allowed to anyway. |If they visit the one time it's to see that the house isn't in shambles.

The problem will be his.
If his po finds out he MAY tell him to find another place to stay.

My po stormed my house randomly
and so did my best friends.

They typically search in the general areas he will have access to.
Not others private areas.

Your 22yrs.... do somthing with your life, you have all the time in the world to grow.
If they some how find out your mmj was used by him its a felony and 2,000 fine.
Be smart... thats not a good environment, wait till you get your own place.
If I were you.... I would go to Colorado and get a trimming job...they need people and you dont have to even grow!

You said your brother was indicted, as in fed charge. Huge huge difference. Always lots of games around state, but the feds will have the ability to get mad at you and break it off in your brothers ass.
Belle tried a grow when I was on supervised release, first they made her tear it down, then they made me move out.

Thanks for your advice! I'd like to think running your own business is doing something with my life, my brother doesn't sell for me...not even weed at all...This isn't my first grow either...I've grown in the same house which is mines it's just that my brother has come to stay for reasons I'll withold...A trim job? why waste a trip when I have grounds to grow on?? I'm sorry if this message comes off a bit harsh but I feel you catergorized me because my age not every 22 year old is just looking for a "fast come up" True enough, i smoke but this is more for my sister whom has cancer.
