You flowered 6 square inches with 600 watts? :O The good thing is you now have powered lights for your next grow. Keep on learning, we all started somewhere.
Your plants got tall and lanky, often called “bolting” in horticulture, due to a lack of sufficient light.
My window plant has 4-5” internode spaces while my 400-600 watt plants usually have a 1-2” internode. The plant wants to get taller to out compete other plants and foliage. If it “feels” the light level is sufficient, it will not waste energy making stem section and instead increases production of lateral shoots and fan leaf sets or flowers.
