Should I use Co2 bags

So I'm in veg for my first grow which is in the spare room of my 2 bedroom apartment. I'm curious if I should use exhale co2 bags in the tent or is it too much co2 for the apartment. Is it safe to use the exhale co2 bag if there's also a dog living in the apartment?

Additional CO2 into a non-sealed room such as an apartment really isnt going to do a thing...you need a tent or sealed room to increase levels effectively and keep it around the plants for a longer time period. Also, have you studied up on WHEN in the grow cycle you should add CO2? I definitey would, to do it right you need sealed room, gas cylinders, automated dispersion, etc.
