Should I transplant these two lagging plants

The two plants on the left are lagging behind the ones on the right by a full node right now. Though they were the first to come up after germination. Since this is my first time I tried two different potting mixes to see which one would be better for future grows and since all other things are equal in this equation I am leaning towards the medium on the right being much better.

Question is should I replant the plants on the left into the same medium as the right ones right now or wait on it?

Info:
Lights T5 HO 6500k about 6 inches off canopy
PH - don't know pen is late arriving due to covid.
Soil medium on the left is potting soil from local garden store(has vermiculite and prlite mixed in)
Soil medium on the right is the same potting mix as above mixed 50/50 with an organic topsoil with a 0.5/0.5/0.5 rating.
watering about once every 5 - 7 days with collected rain water.
Plants are 11 days old from planting after germination.
Temperature was a little high in this pic at 83 but is usually more around 78 as I have a fan circulating and humidity is usually around 40%.
Strain: CB Dream feminized seeds.

Moving them into a grow tent later this week when it arrives.

All 4 are growing perfectly.

They can be transplanted now or go up to another week if necessary. Transplant anytime as long as healthy.

No conclusions based on those results. 4 winners no losers. Being a half day or day faster is not "winning".
