Hello guys my outdoor grow is going well so far. Basically i am growing Bc Big bud outside in a 17 Gallon bin. The plant has roots coming out the bottom and has entirely filled my 17 gallon pot with roots. should i transplant her into a 30 gallon? Has anyone done it with such a big plant? Is it going to improve my yield if i proceed? It is not yet flowering but around 7 foot tall and well staked outIMG_20200718_194426.jpg
Thanks for tips

Great looking plant. I run 30 gallons and up pot from 5 gallons. I've done 5, 10, 20 .30. and 45.gallons and the bigger the soil the larger the yield. if you have any root powder (Azos/Mykos) to apply I always believe that helps the transplant, also some B1 in watering helps IMO. .

Be sure to carefully rough up the roots on the bottom of that root mass and on the sides to get the roots out of their circling nature.

Good luck and I would tie the branches horizontally so that all the lower branches go upwards almost doubling your exposed surface. (look up LST)

do you think i will be able to lift all of the root ball (17 gallons) without damaging it too much?

would two people be able to move around a 45 gal pot?
I move 45 gallon myself while wet or dry I'm small guy I just lift/shimmy it on tarp and pull tarp slowly for more leverage don't want it to tip over while pulling. 2 can do it I'd think if I can move it easily myself here my baby's I move around either for more sun or for high wind protection I'll tuck in my corner I have

I havent heard on the b1 watering thanks for the tips to add. But I agree the root powders for Xtreme Gar Azos and the Mykos have done me good.
