Should I toss them or keep them.

After switching from cheap blue leds to the big lights 3 out of 7 got burned, they’re still growing pretty much the same speed as the healthy ones but they’re not as thick nor look nowhere close to healthy as the other ones. New growth is also getting burned and lights are as high as they can be. I am worried after flowering stretch they will be too close to the light or they don’t grow well in high heat. Don’t want hermies. Should I toss those or will they be fine? They’re all from the same batch of seeds. Pictures are 1 week apart, they’ve grown but don’t seem to have gotten better. Opinions?

What do you gain from ditching them? Do you have other plants you can put in there? If not, I'd leave them alone.
I’m transplanting and flushing them, trying to save them. It’s cause they’ve only gotten worse and worse and if they remain problematic I was afraid they would seed up my whole grow just for keeping them. They might be too sensitive to heat or strong light, or previous burn caused them nute lockout. Light is as high as possible but they’re still cupping / taco’ing. Yellow, some leaves folding downwards like excessive nitrogen.
