Should I remove big fan leaves

this plant is in full flower mode. I always wondered if i should remove these big fan leaves or if i just keep them till they almost fall off on there own.

leave them alone....they will fall off when they want too...

when they are ready, all you'll need to do, is tap them with your finger and they'll fall off, don't force it....or they will fall off naturally....
