Should I raise my bulbs yet? (pic attached)

Plants are 20 days old, and I just put them in 3 gallon pots of Ocean Forest. Until now, I've had the lights right on top of the plants...but with these larger pots I can't do that with all of them. I'm afraid to raise the lights, for fear of the plants trying to get too tall too fast and 'stretching' toward the lights. A little help? (see pic)
PS: Running two 600 watt equivalent full spectrum CFL's.

You will need alot more CFL's soon.
Might as well start adding now to get even light to all the gals !

Since you have two bulbs and four plants, I'd split the bulbs up so one light covers two plants instead of what you have now. For the future, CFLs don't have much penetration and spread, so it would be better, imho, to have many smaller wattage bulbs than two large ones.
