should i pull my plant off?

ive got these two 6 weeks old plants and theyve been 9 days into flowering now
one of them has already grown hairs and pistils the other one tho hasnt shown any signs of being male or female yet..should i pull it off?

Give it more time. I was feeling the same way last week. 5 females out of 6, and one seemed inert. Finally after 20 days she started to bloom. I had one male and it sexed weeks before I even switched to 12/12, so I killed it. I killed it until it was dead.
 
What strains are you growing? If the no shows are mostly sativa they may not start to flower till they are good and ready at 12/12. Drop your light to 11/13 or even 10/14 and they will show their hand in a few days.
