I’m sitting on a tent full right now, put the Hanes yankus on two, one was outdoors, it was a mass of giant 18 inch foxtails! Didn’t even trim it, just stripped the branches. ended up getting almost 6 oz. The other, a gorilla peyote, was in the.tent and had about 15% amber, still drying, but I’ll estimate another 5 oz of good solid bud.

If there's anything I've learned from growing weed, it's that once you start, you will not soon stop.
Use the search function and go ape shit. Read everything, use critical thinking to see what is and isn't bullshit, and apply what you like to your grow.
Just remember 2 things, when you think she's done, wait 2 weeks, and if you run into trouble without explanation, don't adjust too many things at once. Make incremental changes over time to see how the plants respond.

That weed will be fine. Plants hit peak potency a lot earlier than most think. In fact I predict you get stoned to the bejesus. So what if its not top shelf for your first grow. Its your first go around and many more to come if you want to. Enjoy.

yup! i chopped on day 41 of flower on my last grow and it got me stoned into outer space! so im not worried anymore about chopping early or late in my opinion the later you chop the more yield you get not potency but thats just what ive experienced

Uhhhh, thats less than 6 weeks of flower.
terps, cannabinoids, thc, and resin production are the basic metrics for potency prior to chop. If all goes well, those are all maxed out when the plant is mature. Harvest whenever you want, but youre totally wrong about potency.
One cannot grow a high quality vegetable without the equipment. Just look at what's already been done.

Get a couple good basic grows in before you start addng a bunch of other stuff. You're plants need NPK and micronutrients. IMHO, a lot of the "finishers", "sweetners", etc, are not necessary and often times are snake oil and a waste of money. Once you get the basics down, if you want to start adding things, fine, but do it one at a time, not a shotgun approach. Also, remember that a lot of the additives make claims for bigger buds, tighter buds, more resin, etc, but there is most certainly a point of dimishing return.
