I was planing on flipping them Sunday that are about 18-20 in tall and my tent is 70 tall I’m using a 600 watt haps and a 400 watt hps to cover two 4x4 areas it’s a 4x8 tent
That depends on your grow space. They will double in size after stretch. I would flip them.

If you LST or supercrop the main cola it will react just like it was topped pretty much. Wont be two branches but the others will push up due to apical dominance.
The way I understand apical dominance is the shoot nearest the light gets most the food, light and grows the largest

In the first picture you have one main shoot getting all the light and pulled the rest of the shoots down so there not getting any light.

If you lst the plant, all the canopy is level and recives the same amount of light, food and you get a few good size buds come harvest

Al the shoots wer spread out to get better light coverage there are not branches being covered by fan leaves at the moment

Yes which ia why you don't "have" to cut the main cola, you can lower it making other shoots respond by growing more rapidly. This can be done with LST or supercropping, not only topping.

I would never do this as its still the main shoot and it will just grow uneven, but that upto you

If that was my plant I'd have the top tied down to approx 4/5 node, you'll get a fairly even canopy bathed in intense light rather than just the top.
Imo it's uneconomical to flower a plant upright they need tied, topped, trained, screened lol for the best return.

only a sog is this possible

proper sog could equal scrog

Yes its probably the easiest way (least work) to achieve a full level canopy, I'd still use a net though to ensure spacing and support the colas but it's not essential.

I've got a photo somewhere of one that's only tied I'll find it and post it.
