First time with a screen, they have just hit their 3rd week of bloom and I was wondering should I remove more leaf or is it to late now ???
Get rid of anything below the screen. Will help with airflow and will not turn into anything worthwhile.First time with a screen, they have just hit their 3rd week of bloom and I was wondering should I remove more leaf or is it to late now ???
True, but he is half way there with a fairly rigid screen.Yea I'd be removing everything under the net
Having the net there is pointless imo the idea is to weave your branches through the net.
Your canopy looks good to me. Even with it being difficult to see well with the LED lighting affecting the photos, I can still see plenty of bud sights there.
Personally, I stop removing leaves once the stretch is done and they're forming budlets. Sure, there's the occasional exception, but for the most part I stop between weeks 2-3.
Keep at it, look well on your way to a good harvest.
I wouldn't remove anymore.
Did you notice any difference in your humidity after defoliating?

It's all good. There's no rule on what you HAVE to do with a net.shit I did not realise they were ment to be weaved through it I thought it was just to help spread the canopy oh well we learn something new every day

Too many here use the silly net that came with the tent, sometimes two nets, and call it a scrog.
OP should check out the scrogger's thread
Thanks for the reply I think I will relocate the lights a bit better next time because the left to right coverage is nice but the front to back is lackingLooks healthy and I agree you can fill the rest of the net next time by spreading out the branches more. But, you have to make sure you have adequate lighting to cover the wider canopy too. Keep it up and don't chop too early. When you think they are getting near harvest, come here and ask for opinions.
