I have some great air flow already with that clip on fan going over the canopy, the standing fan on the right blowing under the canopy, and the intake ducting under the canopy pointing up towards my carbon scrubber. The intake is powered by an inline fan and creates some nice movement.

I would do it for yield, but I'm not too worried about mold at the moment (unless you think I should be). My humidity, temp and air flow is on point for such a small tent. 45% on the dot, temps 65/74 night/day. Got a humidifier, dehumidifier and space heater in that room. Plus it's winter where I am. 20-40 degrees during the day with low humidity.

If u want to find out what it does to your plant just defoliate a few branches on each plant then when it's all said and done compare the 2 to each other this way if it is bad u only really shorted yourself on a little bit and if it has a positive effect on them you will know for the next round there are just to many different opinions out there to take someone else's word on it a lot of times u will get someone's opinion that has never even tried it or is just going by what they have heard or think just remember u have to make some mistakes before u learn how to do it right

I'd pluck any leaf turning color since that will just get worse and a waste of energy and any leaf with a really dark purple stem. But don't over do it, couple leafs every few days is normal.
