Should I Cut'em off..?, PLEASE HELP

I cut Main Top Off 2 nights ago. I wanted to go another wk or so
to let Buds on bottom grow more , but the small leaves around Buds look like their
dying quickly, should I wait alittle longer or chop'em???

I thought so ,Its my 1st ever grow, very excited!!!
Thanks guys , I will cut & post some Pics later tonight ( gotta work til 7:30, Bummer!)
I'll have a few drying & curing ???? later ,I'm sure of it
