Should I continue to bloom

I'm over 5 weeks into blooming some Afghan kush. The buds are pretty big, but they aren't very dense. You can see through the center of the cola. I look at other people's plants and they look like a solid mass a 5 weeks. Should I abandon this plant and start again? I'll try to post pics tonight.

looks like you need to do a little more reading on harvesting
I thought I was pretty read, although I have yet to harvest a successful crop. Do you recommend any particular sources of information?

Attached are a couple pics, they are now about 5 weeks into bloom. I've been following the Fox Farms schedule from seed. I'm shining a 600 Watt aircooled HPS right now, and get the plants about 6" inches from the light.

They are starting to get a little more dense, but still more airy than nuggety. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention some critical information in the last post. I had to move after I had switched over to 12/12, and she got some light she wasn't supposed to, minimal, but she ended up going hermie. I kept it because its the only one. It is now kept in a light tight 4ft x 4ft x 6ft box.

looks like a pure sativa strain, loose buds and thin leaves.its prob gonna be some 'up' high trippy shit! looks bad compaired to what?northern lights or kush?its never going to have tight buds or tons of crystals.look up some burmese, vietnamese or other pure sativas.they kinda look like this.its not too bad man, they do look a little loose but remember these strains can take 10-12+ weeks to fully mature.give them another month in bloom and they will tighten up.
check out this picture of lieu hanh, looks all stringy just like your plants but is some of the best smoke youll ever find.http://www.canadianhempco.com/images/SPIce-LIEUX99-225.jpg

It actually used to look decent, but during the move it stretched to its present, gangly state. There are crystals forming, so if nothing else, I can use it for hash.

This is weird dude? I thought Afghan Kush was a heavy Indica. But it looks like you have a Sativa there? Sativa equals taller plant, longer to flower, more difficult for novices in general. Airy fluff buds most of the times are attributed low light levels. Which is not the case with that 600W. Could be low nutes but those buds so airy? I wouldn’t give up on it but I definitely would start something else going, you got 1 plant using a 600W! Have you been watching your PPM’s PH or temp? Because of the condition of your sun leaves it looks you got some things going on but it’s too hard to call from the photos. Don’t sweat it too much its part of a learning curve. Remember to learn topping and LST for the next round of plants.

man i would def let that flower more
it hasnt even formed trichomes yet
u will find out that it takes alot longer to mature a plant than what the seedbanks say

what are your temps in that room. you still have a good 7 weeks to go. if you want though's big dense buds you need to get the temps down. if your temp is at 80 when the light is on, you need it to be at 60 when the light is off. the colder the better. also are you useing and suger or big bud anything?
