plants go to sleep even if lights are on so complete waste...probly less terepenes if theres never lights off

Cannabis plants don't sleep... They don't need darkness if an auto either. You can flower on a 24/0 schedule.

You are correct that they don't "sleep" but they do things during their dark period. Yes you can flower autos 24/0 successfully, the OP already said they have done this successfully . But Auto or not I like to allow the plant to do what it it would in nature.

I personally like to run lights 24/0
the only reason I was moving this auto into the dark tent for 10-12 hours was just to hopefully get it to mature faster.

I feel like the dark would have the opposite effect. I still believe in giving plants a dark period, it has benefits but you can defiantly get away with not doing it.

yes they do...during the night they shrink and branches lower...leaves curl...is that no sleeping?? AND, i saw them sleeping many times during veg with lights on lol...

All I was saying is I thought I could get an auto to mature faster (due to losing all fan leaves) by giving it a dark period.
