i would just continue doing what your doing maybe up the does a little and if it gets worse then your'l be able to tell better

if your using tap water it should have plenty of micro elements in. so im kinda stumped i dont see any burnt tips so i would up the dose a little if you have a ppm meter that will help not to over do it .

what're u growing in? coco? coco locks out calcium i think and its reccomended to use 3-5ml per gallon every watering or so
but if its only those few bottom leaves and they aren't getting a lot of light, it may be because it needs light.
also id check into possibly leeching your soil and then stepping back onto the nutrients, maybe it needs the salts cleansed off the roots and its locking something out

at 58 ppm, you need to add cal-mag. Add it before you add your nutrients.

This will give the plants the Ca and Mg they need as well as stabilize the pH.
