Should i be worried?

Hey guys, i'm little worried about my seedling's droopiness does this seedling look ok to you? its day 5-6 i guess under 130W 6500k Cfl

I added some soil on top cuz the stem was starting to stretch a bit, it's moist enough under..
How often i need to water this lil' bitch?

depends on the size of your pot for watering. even with a seedling you need to let it dry out pretty good. this will do two things. one, it will allow the roots to get oxygen and two, it will force the roots to grow and search for water, which is what you want. water by weight. once you fully water, check the weight, let it get to the point that the weight is 60-70 percent less, then water again.
