should i add perlite to fox farm soil?

ok so my fox farm ocean forest soil arrived today and i was wondering how much perlite i should add to it? oh and does anyone know what the ph of the soil is? and is the soil ok for seedlings? thanks..

don't mess with adding perolite to fox farm....have used FF for 4 years it's my favorite growing medium just plant and go....no additives... just follow fert. schedule for Veg. and Bloom cycles ( check out their nuets good stuff)

ocean forest is by no means a fast draining soil. There is a reason why most people cut it with 30 or so percent light warrior...

I have FFOF and it says no additives for 30 days and on the sched for the nutes it says to give some nutes in the first week of its life? I got the trio pack as well

I added 30% to FFOF for this my second grow. It drains well. I water (in very low humidity) every third day. It's working well.

i use ocean forest too and its pretty great, i messed up tho cuz i was adding too much water to it and it woldnt dry out til after a week or so but i planted some house plants in it and man they look nicer than when i first got em in shitty soil
