Well I'm going to LST it, but when LST'ing it don't you need it so the top of the colas are head up facing the lights?

my brother grew AI in his closet, the stuff doesnt smell much and looked like a field of miniaturized weed. perfect for stealth grows, and yea... this shit will put you on your ass or to sleep if you smoke enough. fimming and topping arent really necessary if you plan on SOG, or lst for this strain, if you plan on vegging for 2 months then fim/topping will give you good results, otherwise dont bother.

How tall did it get? and what was his light setup. I intend on doing LST though because I'll have two of them growing via Hydro. I am HOPING to atleast get an Oz off of each plant if possible.

he didnt lst, but it was a sog, they were about 1 1/2 feet high. 2 feet w/o sog. you can lst them to 1ft if you want, they grow that small, but have strong main stem.

too keep mine as short as possible I topped it (just the smallest little growth from the top) just to start the growth to the branches after the like 4 or 5 nodes where established. this gave me plenty to lst and to clone and stayed about 8-12".. just tie the branches down and have them spread out so none of them are blocking each other and try to keep them relatively the same height again by just adjusting the tie. they'll all make there way up to the light so dont worry if a cola is facing like to the side the plant will make the adjustment

I've done about a half dozen PC grows and your box is going to get small, really fast. I finally did SCROG and it worked really well.

If I were you, I'd do 12/12 from seed. Just pay attention to your pH and your temps. When your plant gets too close the the CFL, it'll burn it. You might end up with a bigger plant with 2-3 weeks of veg, but you might have a heck of a time keeping it away from the lights and end up with burnt buds.
