what's up RIU,

I'm harvesting the lower half of my plant tommorrow morning and realized that I don't have a place to hang them because the lightgs will still be on in the growroom and I can't have them in plain sight because I have my neices and nephews over a lot. So I wanted to know how to dry in a shoebox was wondering if someone can help me out on just how to go about using the shoebox method please?

Peace

keep a good bit of stem on there, poke holes in one of the short sides of the shoe box, put the stems through the holes, break them at a 90 degree angle, then put tape or something over them. you should probably cut holes in either end of it as well, to allow air flow.

buy one of these

then run some string on the inside to hang you're buds on... attach a little pc fan pulling through some activated carbon prefilter and you got yourself a lil buddryer box =]

Oh yeah, that's what I need Lumberjack. I think I will make one of those for the rest of the crop which will be harvest in 2-3 weeks which will give me plenty of time to get the supplies together. Thanks for the idea.

ok, second grow. all seems well. i have 5 indicas and 1 sativa. my patir\ence got the best of mt and i harvested my smallest indics, so that i couls get an idea on the best way to dry and cure the other plants that are way fatter, and nastier. the small plant that i cut smelt like dank yesterday, but today i smelt that damn chloriphil smell i got on my last grow. the small plant is drying /hanging in a cardboard box, with temps at 76 and humidity at like 40. will the smell change soon or what?
