I am a veteran in the war on Cannabis my friends. They got me in 2001 for growing in Wisconsin for my mother who was a cancer patient. I will never stop fighting for all of us even if it means doing time again! This is not as serious as my last run in but still just as important.

So either I am getting hit with a $100 fine or it is getting dropped. Once my medicine is re-weighed and shows it is under two oz, then they really aint got shit! Turns out you cant charge someone with a crime when they can legally possess something! Damn I was right. The only reason I may get a fine is because my card was technically expired. Score one for the patients. May take until March to finish out, but I will post everything one here for you all to review so you can see how it all worked out!

I finish up the case tomorrow @ 8:30 in the morning. Either $100 petty offense fine or dropped! Can't really complain. Let ya know tomorrow what happened.

On my way out the door in 10 minutes! I hope I can have it dropped but if I land a $100 fine, oh well. Let you all know what happened shortly!

Case closed! $100 dollar fine and a class 2 petty offense. All in all, not a bad day. The DA would not even look at me though! They tried to trump my charges for the last five months and lost. Time to smoke a fat ass bowl and smile.

LOL! The DA can SUCK IT!

Q: Did they ever give you back your 'evidence'? They should as they have no right to hold it any further, correct?

No medicine back. By now it aint even worth getting back. Was not the most dank bud ever, more like okay homegrown from a buddy! I found guilty of possession of under two ounces because my card expired and i had my paperwork but they caught me in between renewal. Nothing worth fighting over since it is like getting a traffic ticket basically. The laws are still very grey and technicalities are a bitch! My lawyer said it was like dust it was so dry and some of it looked like it got mold as well! Go figure....

too bad you can't fight the card/AM20 issue, because you only need the Drs Rec. then I woulda stuck it to them and made them pay top $ to replace the destroyed meds.

glad it's over with tho bro

I would have liked to but my lawyer costed enough! any more time and proceedings would have been expensive and i am too broke! I still have the right to have it expunged based on the AM20, but that costs more money and I will do that once I can afford it! Should not be more than a few hundred to file from what my lawyer said. The medicine was not really worth it in my opinion, had i grown it or say you EC or Medshed, Hotsause then it would be worth the fight!!!!!

Congrats! I hope your laywer bill wasn't too hefty...but it's better than sitting in a cage.

Ya got to seal MMJ in glass mason jars, bubblewrap it and box it up.

Honestly though, I would never send MMJ via mail. Just too damn risky these days. Hell, in the good ol' days, I remember sending buddies rolled joints in a freakin plain envelope...without a problem.
