The idea: You buy a 3 inch diameter, thick wall (schedule 40), PVC pipe and cut it to roughly 11 or 12 inches long. Then you glue a PVC end cap on one end and glue a PVC screw off cap with rubber O ring on the other end. Let it thoroughly dry and air out until the glue smell is gone.

Then you repeat the process with 4 inch PVC, thick wall (schedule 40), pipe and end fittings making it just large enough to slide the 3 inch assembly into it and being able to seal it up.

After the tubes have dried and aired out, put your well bagged product into the 3 inch tube and seal it up tightly. Caution must be taken to not cross contaminate the outside of the 3 inch tube.

I have heard that yellow mustard throws dogs off but I haven’t tried it myself.

So, you smear yellow mustard all over the outside of the 3 inch assembly and slide that into the 4 inch PVC assembly. Seal it up tightly and wipe everything down with bleach and then alcohol.

Put that in a strong cardboard box and ship it UPS or FedEx.

Does anyone spot any problems or know why this won’t work?

Keep it simple. Just buy Smell Proof bags (.com) and bag the herb wearing gloves then take off your gloves and put the bagged herb in another smelly proof bag. That way there is no smell on bags or packaging. Then box and send.

Good point about the pipe bmb, I can see where shipping international, where it would be xrayed, that would be a no go. I didn't think about that one.

But if shipping within the US, does the UPS or Fedx xray packages? I have no clue, does anyone here know for sure?

I've seen the odor proof bags for camping and poop and stuff, but always wondered if dogs could smell product through them. It sure would be an easy fix. Thanks, S

it kinda seems like a lot of trouble for a very small amount... plus expensive... might work for other things though... the smelly bags in something like a tight vac would work like a charm, i thinks...

i've just used jars of peanut butter in the past and it works like a charm.. carefully take the seal of the pb so that you can later re glue it.. empty about half of the pb out of the jar and than place your product inside of a smelly proof baggy and than inside the jar of pb.. i than melt that pb that i took out of the jar and pour it over the product inside of the jar.. wait for it to cool down, and carefully re seal jar with the original seal and some super glue.. wham bam, thank you mam..

You can't mask a smell from a dog, they smell everything no matter how "Smell Proof" you make it. You can only mask the smell from people, or hide it as we have about 1/10,000 the ability of a dog to smell shit. Dog's have been known to smell 1oz of cocaine in the middle of 200,000 gallons of Diesel fuel.

yes do this then put in a bubble envelope and then in a box. always usps never fed ex or ups they can open your package if they wanted to.i went to pick up a car part i ordered and on the wall it said "we may open inspect any package you mail"

I have been around alot of success with shipping, ive always heard never usps actually always fed ex or ups. I'd say they mostly get people when they are shipping alot of weight alot of times, like for instance say from Colorado to nebraska to your own adress and shit, being stupid with it... but reasonably you could go get michaels scented candle wax and sets of small and large mason jars, also long candle wicks...melt up the wax and put a 2 inch thick layer on the bottom and let it harden, after it hardens take the small jars full of your coffee beans persay, stick them in the large jars after that pour the rest of the candle wax into large jar covering up the smaller jar, careful not to let any of the small jar be showing through(thats why you put the first layer in, so it didnt sink to the bottom and show through). Place wick and top off jar and boom, homemade scented candles for your friend or loved one... like i said change up everything about the shipment everytime and you should be good but best to make the people come to you...

I've often thought about how to move large quantities domestically.

What if you take a normal gas cylinder like these ones:



But you customize it by having it so the bottom half is a dummy container, and the top half contains compressed gas? Then it still functions as a gas cylinder, but the bottom half is really a secret compartment you could cram several pounds of bud into. Then you load it into your truck under whatever guise would allow you to drive around with gas cylinders. Maybe you work for an environmental firm? Or you are a welder? It would be some work and investment, but you are virtually guaranteed not to get busted even if you regularly transport several pounds coast to coast.

yeah dude, first of all its gonna look like a bomb if scanned. second of all your way over-thinking this. i flew to nebraska a month ago, and was too nervous about smuggling it onboard. i went to usps and got a flat rate box, took 3 pornos i odnt watch, put the weed on the middle disc and seran wrap it. with a dvd case on top and bottom it will just look like dvds or games if scanned. worked perfectly and i got 4 grams of bud and 2 grams of hash delivered to me on vacation

go buy a full sized salmon or other large fish,
place your mason jar inside a gallon freezer bag, spray bag with pepper spray. .( cayene pepper mixed with water will work)
place your gallon bag inside the gut cavity of the fish.
heavily salt the fish for preservation and wrap fish in plastic. put it in your box.
purchase your package insurance.
and you have successfully shipped your ganj

Why? I heard the Feds work with UPS/FED Ex for that reason. They will go in your box just to look.

they did this on "sons of anarchy" they loaded illegal weapons into fake oil drums. the gas tanks could work however i would just empty them and fill them with green. if the tanks are marked as empty i doubt they would investigate further (unless they were tipped). Also transporting full tanks could require a special licensed, where empty does not matter.

My friend ships from colorado. Its easy. get some big looking cheese puffs (the big 1lb bag). You can either throw them all out or keep some. Open the cheese puffs bag, put the weed in, reseal using a heated spoon and around the bag put some odor removers (like the packets that you find in new shoes). he's shipped me a quarter pound before this way np and it only costs about $5-10 extra.
just remember 2 rules: keep it under the 1/2 lb limit. all packages above this have a chance of being xrayed/sniffed or both.
