Shiny and bumpy leave-please help

this is my first time growing and I’m having problems with my leaves being shiny and bumpy can someone help me out

The shine is usually a good thing... The bumps are very minimal, and I've been experiencing that on a larger scale. Whats the temp in humidity in your room?
 
tbh I don’t kno the humidity but the temp stay around 65-80 degree and I’m LST them rn but thank for the info
