Hello everyone
Before I continue I must say please, please avoid Barney's farm sin tra bajo, it is the most unstable and inconsistent strain I think I have came across, from 5 seeds. 2 were dead, one died within a day of popping, one grew but was fighting me the whole time and now my current one is teasing me with a plant that looks good but that's it !.
The problem I am having with this plant is it seems stuck in the beginning of flower/ semi-veg.
She is now 75 days old and although I have faced a few problems she has overcome them but now is not moving along.
I have seen some minor trichome development but this is unbelievably slow and there is no signs of buds swelling, but with so many bud sits you can see her potential.
She also seems to pushing out a few sets of 3 spear leafs out of no where but she is on bloom nutes and I have tried switching to 12/12 but no change.
Do you have any ideas how I can kick start flowering ?

How is she grown ?.
Soil : biobizz all mix
Nutes: biobizz bio bloom, 1 Epsom salt treatment
Pots: roughly 8L
Nutes with water pH : 6.6
Run off pH: 6.2
Lights: marshydro 300w led (about 156 actual)
Intake: 4 inch black orchid fan
Vent: 4 inch black orchid with carbon filter
Temps: 26-28°c (day), not tested night but about 10°c drop
Humidity: 40%
Sorry for the bad pics, it's the only camera I have at the moment, you can see she beat her previous deficiencies, she is not a bad size, but you can also see the 3 spear leafs and she is not moving.
