Yes my plant went from cfls to a 400w hps it's been dropped, kicked you name it, your looking a probably nutrient burn. I haven't had a big issue luckily just bad management from me and others. But she's a soldier and going to pay me back with a good yield for my first time

U should turn off the hps to take pix.
Plant looks like its had a rough life but u will still get some nice buds.
I dont advocate flushing however u had some burn issues from too much fertilizer so in ur case I would think about flushing out excess salts. Nice first run.
