Did Kowalski beef frankfurters tonight indoors. 2tsps butter, 1tbsp oil, 1tsp soy sauce, 1/2tsp wash your sister sauce, and a cup of finely sliced onions. Brown over medium heat. Add dogs and 1tsp sugar 1tsp vinegar or lemon juice and a cup of water. Turn heato high until almost completely reduced. Best dirty water dog I ever had.Oh, yea? Look what I'm making today.
You can simply and easily bbq or smoke on a small homemade rig. Just park a lawn chair behind the building and have at it. Only a warning if no real hazard of fire.Very nice

Have not tried but hunters tell me moose is the bees knees compared to deerBuffalo and Beefalo, that's always been a favorite of mine in the cattle dept.
