I have an original BML SPYDR 600 (pic is from 2014) that I commissioned with mixed spectrum diodes AND I have 3 Amare Technology LED lights. My one and only crap led was a UFO 90 back in 2013, paid $360 for that POS. Learned my lesson, and bought a Quantum Bad Boy (not exact name) 8 tube and used various HOT5 aquarium bulbs until I got the BML

I recommend SF because not everyone has the $$$ for top brand lights, and their design and execution is superior to plug n play HLG or Mars

I know my shit too, until proven wrong. Mars has been making shit lights for at least 5 years and NEVER come close to the SF designs. SO.... if in fact they own SF, they are kept separate and clearly not made on the same production line
