they are one and a half week into 12/12 from bag seed and when there sexed i will switch back to veg for a while and get rid of any males +rep for best answaer

bout 20 days till pollen sacks are active, just watch them CLOSELY. although your too late to do it now the best and least stressful way (imo) is to cut a clone when vegging, throw the clone into 12/12 for two weeks and determine the sex from the clones. this means that you can continue the veg cycle uninterrupted thereby relieving a bit of plant stress, u dont risk pollinating ur originall plants, and if u gotta dump all the males uve still got ur shiny new female clones to increase ur numbers back.

this is about the best answear i will get, although i will have to do this next time as they have been in 12/12 just over a week, but when i get the females i will clone of them when back in veg state but not for a few weeks as to let them settle down abit.
thanks again

plants are 12 days in to 12/12 now got a few fems but others are making it difficult to tell sex dont wanna pull a fem by mistake, any ideas how to be at least 99% positive on sex ditermination.

Switching a plant back to 18/6 is not the best thing that any one can advice you to do_Once a plant has been on 12/12 of it is all prep to flower so takeing it back to veg is like takeing you out of a warm bath and dropping you into a ice covered lake. This can cause a plants genetics to become unstable if the female plants have shown there white pistols allready then the male flowers could open at any time.Best to fish them out now and get shut.In future clone the plants and then flower the clones this is the best way of makeing sure that your plant is at it's strongest for produceing a good yeild. But if there is a reason for keeping a male around say for breeding then isolate the male and a female now and wash your hands realy good before touching any of the other plants.

blood cold up here!! no mate no exact way of telling other than the passage of time and observation, its easy to suspect a male coz u may see what u think is a little sac and then two hairs sprout and its a female also depending on what kinda light ur using it can take longer mate. just keep a close eye out.
